A DAY IN THE LIFE

Build, manage and develop the growth of the brand, meeting the sales income established according to the strategy established by axis and pillars. You must ensure that you deliver the best possible experience for the end consumer throughout the entire journey, managing the launch of new products and driving the growth of existing products through promotional and advertising excellence for a specific group of products.

- Responsible for the OS of his channel.

- Develop the plan, the KPIs (Visits, TX, Conversion, Ticket prom, chaining) and the objectives to be achieved for each client with an annual vision aligned with the objectives of the brand and division.

- Maintain and manage the maintenance of basics with a focus on heros.

- Define and implement the channel strategy with the different teams (marketing, emerch, media, ekams.)

- Identify new e-commerce trends (traffic and weight of business) and business growth opportunities and apply action plans.

- Co-creation with the agency, Tracking and annual investment plan associated with promotions, investments in visibility and media.

- Construction of monthly commercial activation plan.

- Construction of sales planning associated with the activation plan per commercial week

- Preparation of JBP with media partners to continue leading the channel

- Development, coordination, monitoring and optimization of Social Commerce strategy.

- Construction and execution of CRM strategy, with monthly monitoring.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing areas.
  • Bachelor degree in business administration. 
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Be curious and task oriented.
  • SAP
