What you’ll do:
Ecom & Media
- Manage eChannel strategy, from eChannel differentiation strategy to in-channel activation plan, with the objective to bring forward a best-in-class Omni customer service experience.
- Plan on eCommerce investment with a data driven ROI approach, from customer experience enhancement to media investment & generosity.
- Work closely with internal teams and agencies to drive for optimization in online customer experience, from on-site shopping experience to delivery experience & post purchase customer service.
- Plan and execute Ecomm content, CTA strategy for commercial optimization at all digital touchpoints
- Analyze performance data to grow online traffic, generate insights and take actions to maximize online conversion
- Manage overall online offer strategy including E-merchandising (sets, exclusives, bundles) based on demand & sales analysis forecast
- Oversee stock management
Digital & social media
- Create and execute digital campaigns via content development, social media activities, paid digital media, SEO/SEM, etc. and deliver quality digital experiences to drive customer engagement and campaign performances
- Curate social media content from schedule planning, content creation & copywriting
- Analyse data and provide reports with recommendations to deliver actionable insights
Who we are looking for:
- 4+ years of Digital marketing/ Ecommerce management experience, candidate with beauty or FMCG background would be preferrable
- Candidate with less experience could be considered as Assistant Manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical sense
- Sensitive to consumer behavior and beauty trends
- Identifies market drivers, integrates retail & shopper expertise
- Translates trends and consumer knowledge into meaningful insights
