JOB DESCRIPTION
Define brand/category development strategy based on consumer studies and market trends analysis
- Analyze consumer insights deeply
- Follow thoroughly brand/category sales and market performance
- Monitor and analyzes performance, competition, market trends
- Identify opportunities, growth levers
Manage and execute category strategy
- Define the yearly strategy of the given category, including launches, promos and medical support
- Define the main communication angle and messaging for the given category and ensure the consistency across all consumer touchpoints
- Contribute to the execution of communication with a 360° vision through collaboration with other teams
- Localize/create communication assets (advertising, medical, digital, POS…)
- Develop merchandising vision in O+O of the category and validate assets
- Budget management
Manage media campaigns to boost category awareness
- Develop the media plan and manage media campaigns (TV, digital) & digital activation (paid campaigns)
- Monitors media performance and ROI during and after the campaigns
YOUR PROFILE:
- 1-2 year of work experience or internship in trade, retail or brand marketing is a plus
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Fluent knowledge of English (due to internal communication)
- Attention to detail & Analytical, data driven mindset
- Sensitivity to keep brand image at the heart of our communication
- Project management, organizational and time-management skills
