BACKGROUND:

L’Oréal Research & Innovation is at the cutting edge of beauty, constantly exploring new territories and pushing the boundaries of science and technology. Within our BeautyTech division, we're revolutionizing how consumers experience beauty through connected devices, personalized experiences, and data-driven insights.

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in driving the implementation and delivery of innovative technology solutions that support L’Oréal’s mission to shape the future of beauty.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end project management of technology initiatives within BeautyTech, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographical teams including external vendors, to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project success.
• Technical Acumen: Demonstrate understanding of application development, low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Google AppSheet Platform), and/or SharePoint solutions. You will work closely with technical teams and may contribute to solution design discussions.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, from selection and onboarding to performance monitoring and contract negotiations.
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks, apply creative problem-solving skills, and embrace emerging technologies and trends to propose innovative solutions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track project progress, analyze data, and prepare reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Experience with statistical analysis is highly desirable.

KEY SKILLS: Critical thinking, good scientific and mathematical foundation, good judgment and decision making, problem solving, time management and strong communication.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management, ideally within life sciences or healthcare industry or pharmaceutical research and development.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Practical experience with at least one of the following: Mobile app development, low-code/no-code platforms, SharePoint solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Passion for innovation, a proactive mindset, and a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

BONUS: 

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Statistical analysis and data visualization skills
• Immediate joinee would be preferred.
