As Online&Offline Activation Manager you will

  • Lead implementation and execution  of National Activations Calendar – including promo actions & launches in omnichannel
  • Develop a Customized  Action Plan for the top KA, based on the LDB  brands strategy and National priorities, translating them into  O+O execution
  • Place consumer insights at the heart of the marketing to improve our online + offline consumer journey/ path to purchase and develop new initiatives ( being part of JBPs) to drive online purchases and consumer experience
  • Contribute to the process of annual planning of units& Values  building blocks
  • Support marketing to develop innovative and meaningful content to nourish the consumer experience for online touchpoints: campaigns, SM, CRM, services, online retail etc.
  • Build  and execute plan of dermocategory markers deployment, implementation of e –content on e-retail sites including big LDB brands’ actions
  • Online consumer profile generation : e-retailer data / websites / google analytics
  • Manage budget for content preparation, lead generation, R&R, database activation given by the brand
  • Create E-Commerce activation strategy for dermocosmetics category (incl Multidiv Festivals)
  • Propose E- Consumer opportunities
  • Manage e-commerce related digital projects
  • Drive shopper experience online & offline
  • Develop E-Merchandizing (implementation by E-KAMs)

You're a perfect match if you have: 

  • Proven experience as  activation manager, trade marketing manager content manager or similar
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, digital media & following latest digital trends
  • Project management skills
  • An analytical mindset with a strategic ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational & time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • University degree
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Polish
