Online Activation Manager

Role objective: To drive online activation of Hair Care & Styling category for chosen PPD Brands for e-commerce partners (new and developing).

Your responsibilities:

Client development:

  • creating annual activation plan for managed e-com clients (based on brands’ action plans & priorities) in alignment with e-KAMs
  • defining new e-com business opportunities for the brands
  • placing consumer insights at the heart of the client activation to improve our online consumer journey/ path, purchasing and developing new initiatives (being part of e-JBPs)

Transactional Media Management:

  • creating annual e-com media plan for managed clients (corresponding with annual activation plan) incl placements inside client’s infrastructure
  • launching and optimizing e-com media campaigns from the big idea to final results (cooperation with media agency)
  • reporting on the campaigns with clear conclusions and recommendations

E-com activation, tactics and execution:

  • to execute annual e-com activation plan
  • to monitor and optimize all e-com activations;
  • to track and analyze the performance of e-com sell-out
  • to support e-KAMs in daily cooperation with e-com clients
  • to ensure the right brands’ visibility on your clients website in line with brands’ guidelines and highlighting brand’s professional edge
  • to build best online shopper experience
E-commerce content management:
  • online portfolio & launches activation
  • rich content
  • R&R activations (with focus on hero SKUs)
  • landing Page/Brand Page creation
  • management of external agencies and partners

You’re the perfect match if you:

  • are experienced in digital environment: at least 1,5-2 years of proven experience as online activation manager, content manager or similar
  • have media planning competences
  • have experience in content creation & implementation
  • are passionate about digital tools, eager to influence and interact
  • are self-motivated, solution & result driven creative thinker with doer mindset
  • are innovation driven
  • are easy-going individual with great communication
  • are analytical & proactive in identifying opportunities
  • have good command of English.
