Your mission...
As Media Manager of Luxe Division you are the expert of full-funnel media touchpoints online and offline. You maximize media investment effectiveness and drive profitable growth for L'Oréal Luxe brands within the Nordics through strategic retail media partnerships and data-driven campaign execution. You own the relationships with our media agency, ensuring seamless campaign strategy, planning & execution in alignment with brand priorities. In this role you will be part of CMO organization reporting to Consumer Engagement Director.
You Will...
Lead Brand Media Strategy and Planning:
- Develop the overarching data-driven media investment strategies aligned with brand objectives & defined consumer profiles driving increased conversions and enhanced brand visibility.
- Collaborate with Advocacy & Influence Manager to develop the influencer boosting strategy, as part of the overarching digital media strategy.
- Drive the Transactional Media strategy and execution aligned with Retailers Joint Business Plans. Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in the retail media landscape, identifying new opportunities to enhance media campaigns.
- Drive success of digital services in media with Online Business Managers
- Drive media topics for the brand, secure implementation of ROE+MMM learning and engagement around test & learn. Drive Media Learning agenda, be the voice of the Nordic markets to EU Zone on the media activations.
Execute and Analyze Media Campaign powered by data:
- Be responsible for the media plan execution including: leading agency brief, daily communication & debrief, budget coordination, content plan coordination, follow ups, performance reporting, KPIs and benchmark tracking.
- Analyze local media campaigns performance data and providing actionable insights including content performance, audience & platform performance, retail media negotiation terms and retail spend allocations by account / channels to brand and sales teams, leading to continuous campaign performance improvement.
- Drive the 1P audience and data acceleration for the division including SEA & SEO as a priority with the guidance of DDX (CRM) Lead.
- Support Brand team in coordination of content adaptation & optimization.

We are looking for...
- You have +3 years of experience from a similar role, preferably from the FMCG industry or Luxury, mainly focused on digital media.
- You have in-depth knowledge of full-funnel media activation and proven records in development and execution of data-driven media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
- You are detail oriented, work in a structured manner and well-organized in your daily work.
- Proficient in media performance management and analysis, with a focus on optimizing ROI. Experience with platforms like Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Google Ads & DV360, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of current beauty trends is a plus
- Being an expert in media landscape in Nordics is a plus
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of one/several of the Nordic languages is a plus
