In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, Skin Ceuticals). With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a Medical omni-channel (Digital) Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting dermatology products on digital platforms to increase product awareness within the medical community.  

• Create and implement a medical digital strategy for the development of the medical sector.  
• Develop and implement new forms of digital interaction with doctors to increase awareness and loyalty.  
• Develop a strategy for working with telemedicine players to make dermatology more accessible, attract new patients and promote online consultations. 
• In-depth analysis and ongoing monitoring of successful teledermatology platforms and clinics 
• Develop project mechanisms for each partner to achieve business objectives 
• Joint creation of a long-term content plan for dermatology topics 
• Develop and regularly update e-cards for patients on key dermatological issues 
• Define quantitative KPIs and calculate ROI 
• Collaboration with B2B e-learning platforms to increase product awareness in the medical community and strengthen the brands' medical advantage

YOUR BACKGROUND 

• Medical/pharmaceutical professional with practical experience of scientific practice and research  
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information and synthesize key ideas and findings  
• Project management skills 
• Deep understanding of digital tools (email marketing, SMM, CRM) and performance indicators 
• Easy to build relationships in a team, able to argue and present your ideas  
• Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) 
• Ability to work in multi-task mode and meet deadlines  
• English Upper-Intermediate
