Medical is the heart of the ACD division and there is a clear trend to be even more medical across all ACD brands and across all channels. To be able to manage all projects connected with such medicalization, we need someone who will help us mainly with the administrative part of such projects.
Medical stagier could be responsible also for one or two complete projects. This is a possibility for him/her to see our processes from A to Z and make important connections not only in ACD but also within other L’Oréal departments.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Order and distribution of PLVs
- Creation of tenders in Altavia
- Managing communication with Altavia and the project manager
- Managing the delivery of PLVs
- Distributing PLVs to teams - Creation and management of copacking actions
- Creating actions in Visual promo
- Managing communication with the manager of copacking and project manager
- Order of PLVs for copacking - Help with advertising for medical journals and creation of medical PLVs
- Cooperation on localization of medical communication
- Working with tools for our CRM system Veeva
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- University student
- Czech or Slovak native- level speaker
- Enjoy seeking new and creative solutions to business problems
- Possess strong analytical, communication, and social skills
- Speak fluent English
- Possess very good PC skills (especially Powerpoint)
- Highly motivated and open to the international environment
- Is reliable and open-minded
