• Understand business situation of brands in terms of business objective, business challenge, market competition and etc.
• Drive negotiation with key search platforms to ensure optimized benefits of the whole group
• Be a strategic expert and thought leader to help brand team to build up a consumer/business centric SEM strategy:
• Calibrate the objective and align mission for SEM delivery
• Identify the most relevant and effective“SEM Touchpoint Mix”
• Recommend and review KPIs of each touchpoint to maximize efficiency
• Be a professional enabler to help brands improving consumer experience by fully leveraging innovative methods like rising platforms, new formats, data, intelligence tools and etc.
• Be a communication bridge between brand team and parallel teams in CDO department
• Create and analyze monthly and quarterly SEM measurement reports on corp level, making recommendations to improve search engine marketing effectiveness and impact
• Support on the communication with agencies to supervise and monitor the campaign planning, buying process, real-time analysis and post buy reporting, and etc.
