Be
responsible for supply management of 36 L'Oréal boutiques across our fast
growing brands Kiehls 1851 and Atelier Cologne.
This
will
including managing the order flow through to delivery, striving to hit our
supply chain targets, and supporting the business growth. This role is embedded
within the supply chain structure. You will work closely and collaboratively
with many departments. A key focus is how we execute operational
excellence, drive continuous improvement, best in class launches and build a
truly collaborative relationship.
STRATEGY
As
a successful self starter and business partner, you’ll be the point of contact
for the supply chain relationship with our boutiques. In this exciting role will be responsible for overseeing and managing
company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations
in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, you
will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good
relationships with store managers and our Distribution Centre.
RESPONSIBILITY
Your responsibilities within the
role will include:
•Responsible for supply management of 36
L’Oréal boutiques across our fast growing brands Kiehl’s
and Atelier Cologne.
•As
a “go-to person” for Retail Supply Chain, you will build good relationship with
store managers and help them to improve processes.
•Responsible
for supporting and implementing the Retail Supply Chain strategy of the brands
in compliance with Group norms and best practices.
•Work
closely with other European countries and Retail Supply Chain Team Worldwide to
improve processes and priorities developments of Anaplan and MARS system.
•Work
closely with Operations Team (Operations Manger, Profit Protection Manger,
Systems Manager, etc.)
•Work
with Brand Demand Planner on retail forecasting to ensure accurate supply
planning
•Responsible
for new openings and closures.
•Ensure
data from our retail tool reconciles with SAP system
•Regular
store visits (especially boutiques with the lowest and the highest level of
performance) to identify opportunities or risks.
•Embody
the entrepreneurial spirit of the brands, continuously challenging and
improving our current retail supply chain processes.
•Supporting
acceleration of Ecommerce

•Experience of developing and managing
relationships, with a past record engaging and influencing internal and
external stakeholders.
•Supply Chain Knowledge/Experience:
understanding of key Supply Chain functions including; Customer requirements,
Supply & Demand planning, Physical Distribution, Cost To Serve and Stock In
Trade.
•Customer facing experience, with the
ability to engage and influence our customers towards the execution of best
practice, whilst building a collaborative customer relationship.
•Project Management: Excellent organisation
and prioritisation
skills – able to work effectively to deadlines.
•Problem Solving Skills: Able to solve
