[Job Summary]
To increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration.
- Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives
- Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programmes, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets
- Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programmes with marketing and commercial departments
- Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team
- Fosters collaboration between brands and sales to ensure consistent category vision and alignment
- Develop deep customer knowledge on supply rules and policy, timelines, stock equation…
- Identify opportunity area by leveraging shopper and customer data to maximize exposure and efficiency
[Qualification & Preferred]
- University graduate
- +4 ~ 8 years’ experience
- At least 4 years’ experience in the beauty industry or FMCG industry preferred
- Fluent in both Korean
- Intermediate level in English
- Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word
