[L'oreal Korea] E-Key Account Manager - La Roche Posay ECOM

[Job Summary]
This position reports to Marketing and Ecommerce director to drive the efficient & excellent ECOM activities. And it is a role that analyzes and suggests of Sell-out / Sell-in trends.
The ECOM Key-account manager will analyze sales, platform media performance, and execute digital strategies for product demand and continuous online growth as well as customer management activity. The qualification of this position is experienced in leading, and development and implementation of sales based on short & long-term perspective.


[Core Work Activities] 

Monitor and enhance the online sales activity 
  • Ensure User Experience of the ECOM channel including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns 
  • Own and manage SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies 
  • Manage, analyze and draw conclusions on specific ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, bounce…)
  • Ensure that all ecommerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose 

Manage Competitive, market and best practices intelligence 
  • Analyze digital role in the consumer path to purchase & consumer online searches 
  • Collect and connect working knowledge on the e-retailers 

Achieve excellence through optimization and innovation 
  • Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership within ecommerce brands websites and e-retailers ones 
  • Create synergies between inside and outside partners in marketing or digital activities 
  • Provide SEO/SEM and Digital Marketing through innovation and process improvements 
  • Leverage local constraints and maturity in ecommerce activation 
  • Drive Growth, Develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more visitors 

Build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence. 
  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners 
  • Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner 
  • Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans 
  • Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners 
  • Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance 
  • Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities

  • Ability to collect, analyze and deeply understand consumer insights to develop and properly implement specific business developments with a consumer-driven approach.
  • Analytical and strong problem-solving skills to access challenging situations and develop proactively effective solutions.

  • Work with a spirit of enthusiasm, teamwork, cooperation, and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently multiple priorities and prioritized all with various deadlines.

[Qualifications]
  • University graduate
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce and marketing with proven depth knowledge in digital marketing and technology.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of experience in Analytics tools. (e.g., Google analytics)
  • Basics knowledge of IT and digital marketing.
