[L'oreal Korea] CDO - Content & Service Manager



JOB SUMMARY 

The Content & Service Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing customer journey as well as enhancing beauty experience through engaging content & innovative service. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of KR digital landscape, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing outstanding online shopping experiences.


CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

  • Develop a comprehensive content & service strategy to optimize online presence, enhance the beauty experience, and drive a conversion-rate that aligns with the group's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of digital services and platforms, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure various content and service performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators. 
  • Communicate with internal multi-functions and external key channel partners to check digital service feasibilities.
  • Identifies customer needs and proposes a digital innovation service reflecting recent digital trends.  
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' content strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collect and connect working knowledge on the e-retailers & platforms. 


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Years of experience:  7+ years of digital & IMC marketing experience 
  • Specific Career Experience & Attitude
    • Experience in digital marketing & content planning or a similar position responsible for defining business requirements 
    • Experience vendor management to be welcomed
    • Experience in Digital AE in marketing/advocacy agencies is to be welcomed 
  • Language skills: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Other Skills
    • Excellent communication skills to work with various functions and align teams around common goals
    • Strong analytic skills to measure e-content & advocacy performances 
    • Strong awareness of APAC digital & e-commerce trends and competitive landscape 
    • Proficient in MS Excel & PPT
