The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing the Commerce sales and capabilities model for all the channels in L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty :-ePharmacies & brick&mortar pharmacies. You will work closely with the sales team, digital team, marketing team, business development team & operations, in order to identify and maximize opportunities, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share for L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty brands in all channels.
This role is key to set up a strong profitable ecommerce business that will contribute to the division strategy, establishing L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty as a top partner for Dermato-cosmetics categories.
THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT FOR YOU
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Commerce clients on all levels (buyers, category managers, marketing teams and other key members of clients teams).
- Drive promotional activities, including product launches, exclusive offers, and marketing campaigns, to increase brand visibility and drive omnichannel sales.
- Responsible for the P&L of designated clients, develop and execute strategic account plans, including business objectives, sales growth, and profit target.
- Negotiate the Annual Joint Business Plan& Green JBP for your top retailers with the support of the sales & cross functional teams.
- Work closely with the wide cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Business Development team, Legal & Customers, to ensure a seamless execution of account plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews with the pharmacies to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
- Deliver best in class execution of the digital shelf focusing on availability, content, placement, share of search and rating and review for our top partners.
- Be the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, on all commerce related topics and provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and drive growth while staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in thepharma industry.
- Responsible for implementation & monitoring of all condition related to Selectivity Agreements On line&Off line in line with European contracts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher
- 2 years’ experience in commercial, or trade marketing role. Ownership of e-commerce customers is an advantage.
- Very good analythical skills to make data driven decisions & identify opportunities;
- Excellent communication skills to inspire collaboration. Ability to bring positive attitude and courage to team discussions.
- Highly motivated and results-driven professional
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (powerpoint, excel, word)
- Appetite and willingness to lean into Agile methodologies and ways of working.
