A Day in the Life 

As a Junior Product Manager for Matrix and Biolage Haircare, reporting to the Brand Business Leader, you will be a key player in a dynamic team of five, driving the growth and development of these brands across e-commerce, salons, and premium retail channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of haircare in the Czech market, contributing directly to L'Oréal's overall success. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of 360° marketing campaigns, from initial concept to final analysis, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of product management. 

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Contribute to the development and implementation of yearly category activation plans aligned with brand and category KPIs (turnover, distribution, consumer acquisition, sell-out targets, and brand awareness). This includes supporting the identification and capitalization on top opportunities within each channel.
  • Launch Management: Support the full lifecycle of new product launches, ensuring timely and high-quality execution that aligns with brand image and resonates with target audiences. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the launch process, from initial concept to post-launch analysis.
  • Channel Activation: Support the drive for operational excellence across all channels (e-commerce, salons, premium retail) and touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration and consistent brand messaging.
  • Market & Consumer Insights: Contribute to maintaining a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and consumer trends within the haircare category. Use this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing initiatives.


We Are Looking For 

The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for the beauty industry. They are a highly motivated individual eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Experience in operational marketing, launch planning, and execution, or organization experience with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to define action plans based on analysis- Confident use of Excel and at ease using pivot tables, functions, and reports
  • Good communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for product priorities with sales teams
  • Passion for excellence and sense of details
  • Good time management & organizational skills
  • Project team participation and project experience is a plus
  • Excellent presentation skills and engaging audiences
  • Obsessed with understanding consumers, customers, and curiosity towards the hairdressing / professional beauty market
  • Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak
