Product Manager – REDKEN

Our Professional Products Division is currently looking for a new team member to take over product management activities for our brand REDKEN in its 360° perspective.

MAIN Role Responsibilities:

  • Yearly Category activation plan to deliver category KPIs (Category turnover, Distribution, Penetration, ISMS, E-commerce share, Sell-out targets, Service penetration)
  • Full ownership and drive on launches and category top-opportunities and activation initiatives in all channels Delivered on time, in good quality, in line with brand image, measured through brand KPIS (turnover, distribution, sell-out targets) and supportive KPIs (on-time POS readiness, animation set-up on time, forecast accuracy) → RESPONSIBILITY FOR BUILDING & EXECUTING FULL O+O HDs and Consumer journey (in cooperation with EDU, BAM)
  • Operational and execution excellence of initiatives in all channels and through all touchpoints
  • Market, Customer and Consumer understanding relating to the category
  • Planning & follow-up of A&P budget allocated for the category and its initiatives

YOU WILL:

  • Implement new product launches and strive to maintain growth and gain market share on our products in all relevant distribution channels
  • Execute the local adaptation of launch and promotional plan, in close cooperation with Activation Managers and Education Manager
  • Based on analyzes and cooperation with area sales managers and e-KAM – implement and set up business offers
  • In the cooperation with supply chain check the status of products and make a forecast of products and launches
  • Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to the management
  • Interact effectively with other departments (sales, logistics, training team, digital team) to support marketing objectives
  • Manage marketing budget for brand and ensure sales forecast accuracy 

YOU ARE the one if you:

  • Have a university degree
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in Product/ Brand Management
  • Have previous experience from FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Are native Czech, Slovak, Hungarian speaker AND fluent in English
  • Have communicative Hungarian is a big advantage
  • Are responsible, open minded and have an innovative approach to problem solving
  • Have excellent analytical skills – be able to do complex analyses and make strategic recommendations based on data
