Mission

The Senior Digital Content Manager plays a crucial role in elevating the TAKAMI brand presence across all digital touchpoints, with a particular focus on e-commerce and western brand expansion. This role involves orchestrating the creation and adaptation of compelling digital content, follow global best practices and brand guidelines while tailoring execution to specific market needs. This position emphasizes operational excellence and project management, aligning with pre-defined marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Content Production for product launch and Repush:

  • Review and interpret campaign key messages, claims, and visuals provided by the marketing team.
  • Working with agencies, to develop content across e-commerce touchpoints.
  • Ensure balancing brand consistency with platform-specific best practices.
  • Lead project timelines to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery for these campaigns.


Western Market Expansion Support:

  • Anticipate content and framing needs for Western market expansion, based on global guidelines and competitive analysis.
  • Adapt existing content and create new assets to resonate with the target audience in Western markets and channels.
  • Develop specific guidelines and best practices for content creation and adaptation in these new markets.
  • Collaborate with local teams to ensure seamless content integration and localization.


Digital Content Production (Shoot, CGI & Other):

  • Orchestrate the creation of new digital content specifically tailored for e-commerce needs, complementing existing marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, production teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality content assets.
  • Maximize the production utilizing various methods, including traditional shoots, CGI, and innovative AI technologies.


Digital Content Content Post production (Merchandising):

  • Elevate product description pages (PDPs) on e-commerce platforms to create compelling product narratives and drive conversion.
  • Develop engaging landing and category pages to tell the TAKAMI brand story, build credibility on our products, and enhance the online brand experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with overall brand guidelines.
  • Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and adapt content strategies to optimize results.


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital content creation, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capacity to anticipate budgets and timelines
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
  • A strong understanding of markets needs, especially US, with demonstrable experience in adapting content for different cultural contexts.
  • Creative mindset and a passion for storytelling.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly organized.
