Drive strategic solution and framework to maximize activations of various digital marketing levers for business growth across multiple divisions & brands in NOA. Animate digital transformation of the entire company as a part of CDO team.

  • Design & implement both paid and earned social media strategies from consolidated Nihon L'Oréal company point of view
  • Enrich and optimize social media strategy of each division/brand by timely coaching and training based on the company's Digital strategies.                                             
  • Support and implement HQ direction to the divisions/brands while consolidating the needs of Japan local and reporting to HQ to influence their decisions
  • Optimize ROI of social media and influencer of Divisions/Brands as the representative of NOA by effectively coordinating with agencies, digital partners, social platforms, search engine companies and our brands
  • Give strategic suggestions/advices to Divisions/Brands on strategies and action plans about digital and social media
  • Communicate and  coordinating among all the related parties internally and externally to lead the project
  • Support manager to consolidate the best practices or new regulations for social/Influencer activities. Share them with NOA Digital team and make sure of the implementation
  • Support Building Community management strategy for NOA involving the key stakeholders
  • Make consolidated reports on digital, social & influencers activities of NOA as well as Japan market, and share the reports with stakeholders in NOA and Head Quarter
  • Make and up-date regularly the Influencer mapping in Japan and report to APAC if necessary
  • Understand and search the digital, social & influencers trends and make reports including proposal for our future strategy
  • Monitor and report regularly the market and competitors activities around digital media, social media and influencers
  • Support the team on leveraging the digital tools
  • Support and report to Digital & Media Manager/Director



  • More than 5-year experience of:
    • working in (durable) consumer goods companies focusing on digital marketing including social media and influencer
    • Or, working in agencies for consumer goods companies focusing on digital marketing including social media and influencer
  • Good at figures and analytics
  • Have business mind-set
  • Hands-on experience in IMC campaign planning / Event organization involving influencer            
  • Fast learner
  • Good communication skill both in Japanese & English
  • Good project management and coordination skill in own areas, including complex stakeholder management
  • Good PC skill: Excel, Power point, etc.


  • Experience of working in global companies
  • Experience of living in foreign countries
