We are looking for a new Team member to join our international HR team taking care of three different countries (CZ/SK/HU). Our mission is to create a great place to work for our Beauty Tech colleagues and have some fun along the way.

What are the main areas of influence?

  • Compensation and benefits support - benefits administration, regular market benchmark, recommendations, Cafeteria maintenance, etc., PO management
  • Onboarding management - newcomers- starting documents, medical checks, paperwork
  • Expats agenda - on and off boarding, legal documents, communication with labour office, accommodation...
  • Internal consultant for HR related questions- signing new contract amendment, Multisport card, discrepancy in your salary...
  • Project management - various HR projects (eg. we are launching new HR system, HR days, Health days, Discovery seminar)

 

What competencies are we looking for?

  • Highly organized (You need to be able to keep track of several projects at once and be always on point with your current project status)
  • Time Management (Your role involved many stakeholders; you need to make sure to plan your time efficiently)
  • Analytical mindset (You will need to work with lots of employee´s DATA and several systems- SAP, MyMarket, CAROL etc.)
  • Professional communicator (You are partner to the managers across several departments and functions. You need to communicate properly sensitive information and provide excellent customer care to our colleagues)
  • Curious (process improvement is something you find interesting, always challenging the way of work)

 

Must haves:

  • Czech or Slovak language + English C1
  • Analytical and numerical skills (able to create data analyses, mostly in Excel)
  • Understanding of Czech labour law
  • University degree
  • 2 years of experience from HR department is preferable
