In Settimo Torinese, Italy, is active one of the main Plant of L’Oréal Group in the world. The plant's products are distributed in 30 countries. The production site is a full expression of the industrial, social and environmental values of the Group: quality, the result of innovation and control in production, safety of the working environments, minimal impact on the environment. Between 2005 e il 2020 in terms of enviromental management, outstanding results have been reached. The site is in fact carbon neutral since 2015 and since 2018 is also a waterloop factory, that is a production site which consumes water solely as a raw material for products and not for other uses. In this way more than 40,000 m3 are reused and therefore saved every year, equal to over 80 swimming pool of 25 m.
For our site, we are looking for an HR Intern to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Upon joining the company as an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to understand the HR dynamics and processes, collaborating with different teams and interfacing with different internal and external interlocutors at the Plant, gaining practical knowledge and skills in recruitment and learning field.
Support in recruiting activities throughout internal tools – in particular, help in identifying the correct job description, managing the job posting, working on pre-screening activities and conducting interviews with potential candidates for Interns and Junior Positions, providing feedback and tracking the onboarding process of new employees.
Support HR Team in the training process which involves the whole Plant, with a focus on technical and soft skills learning paths.
Assist with internal communication tasks for the HR team.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- University degree in management/human resources management/law/ psychology
- Previous experience in HR is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and good knowledge of English; French is a plus
- You are able to communicate with different people, easily meet and continue various types of communication
- Complete mastery of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
