🔎Task you'll be involved with:
- Mapping of all supply chain areas in which hero SKUs should be tackled (forecast accuracy, service level, stock coverage, stock in trade, etc.).
- Mapping all other processes (out of pure supply chain ones) that are impacted by hero SKU across different functions.
- Mapping of current ways of working and RACI defining new ways of working, including all Supply Chain processes, together with new RACI of all stakeholders.
- Provide automatic tools (PowerBi dashboards) that will facilitate new management of the topic (tools should be constructed with cooperation with the Performance and Excellence team to have easy possibility to populate them to other divisions if needed) and will enable to have all needed data for analysis on daily basis.
