The Active Cosmetics Division is hiring for an Artwork Coordinator to manage the packaging artwork process for new launches and renovations on the Cerave and SkinCeuticals brands.  This technical role also acts as a liaison between the brands, pack design agencies, and registration counterparts in France and China.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the artwork and artwork approval process, including language codes, translations, variations, and technical specifications to deliver artwork files on time
  • Manage schedule and workflows, maintaining prioritization of projects in collaboration with both Cerave and SkinCeuticals brand teams
  • Be the key contact for industrial development, operations, legal, safety, labs, regulatory, countries, and zones for packaging and timing
  • Support the Cerave and SkinCeuticals marketing and artwork teams with guidelines on artwork claims under the CSAR regulation
  • Manage and maintain artwork libraries, to ensure versions are easily available

 

Job Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in packaging artwork, expertise in project management is a plus
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and proactive
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
