A / Main responsibilities, deliverables and contribution of this job to L’Oreal VN

  • Execute and manage the excellent E-com assets to be consistent and aligned with brand direction
  • Manage the E-com assets and their performance include but not limited A+ content, Rating & Review, Feed, CRM, SIS, Media materials.
  • Optimize E-com marketing plan with effective E-com tactics to catch up with E-com business requirement, trends and division’s direction
  • Be updated and analyze shopper behavior to deliver innovative ideas for not only the online assets but also the media performance
  • Support other channels besides E-com to provide digital solutions and online sales where applicable.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the Company (marketing, sales and Education), digital ecosystem and media partners.
  • Measure and report performance of all ecommerce campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) including content, media, customer reaction, CRM…
B / Most important qualifications, background and experience:
  • Good understanding, sensitivity towards key trends in the skincare industry.
  • Brand communication background with product management on ecommerce is a plus.
  • Understanding of digital marketing with strong analytical skills and data-driven, critical thinking.
  • Time commitment with ability to be put under pressure
