E-Commerce Activation Manager Baltic – L’Oreal Luxe Division

This position can be located in Riga, Vilnius or Tallin.
Note: Position became available as a result of maternity leave, therefore formally this will be a replacement contract, estimated 1,5year.

Today we’re looking for a creative and motivated  Activation Manager with innovator spirit and sense of beauty to further develop the icon brands.  



Responsibilities are mainly:

• Define the overall short- and long-term activation strategy for Ecommerce Customers and lead the execution.

• Created, agree and implement (together with KAM) JBP for E-retailer and Pure Players.

• Define investment strategy for ecommerce (incl. media planning and briefing creative and media agency for ecommerce), align the Brand and Ecommerce strategy

• Lead and support KAMs in planning onsite and offsite investments in ecommerce to optimize ROAS and ROI

• Develop and manage execution (banners, landing pages, search tags) of ecommerce trade activation plan in Pure Players, Marketplace and e-Retailers.

• Track and analyze the performance of sellout campaigns and activities (with Activation Team)

• Supervise ROI analysis with recommendations of key sellout activations based on preselected KPIs

• Secure proper online visibility for novelties launches in E-retailers and Pure Players

• Develop innovative to drive online sales and nourish the consumer experience for online touchpoints: campaigns, CRM, services, online retail with external (media and advertising agencies) and internal stakeholders (Digital, Brand, Marketing)

• Manage e-commerce related digital projects, as Gift founder and Google analytics.

 • Be the leading person from BL side for Digital tools, such as Opera and Salsify.

• Regular tracking of competitors activations, store checks with KAMs.

• Lead projects and discussions in cross functional team

To succeed in the role you will need:

  • Ability to work with multiple projects in fast-changing industry.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge about local market dynamics and environment.
  • Experience in brand activation, merchandising and retail.
  • Outstanding communication and team working skills
  • Analytical mind and ability to work in a complex environment.
  • Fluent English, Latvian and good Russian language skills.

·         Salary 1900-2100 EUR gross + annual bonus. In case of Placing the Position in Lithuania, salary level also would be adjusted to the local taxes conditions.
