Overview: Responsible for driving the growth plan for Emerging Markets, championing brand awareness, and elevating equity in these key markets. Creating healthy and sustainable innovation portfolios, closely linked to the Master Plan and always remaining accessible.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Set growth objectives for each key region and identify key levers for acceleration – partner closely Drive Countries to ensure they are aligned.
  • Create growth strategies to meet objectives
  • Gain deep knowledge of market dynamics in Drive Countries to best address needs
  • Partner closely with head of Master Plan to craft sharp paniers for each region, specificities when needed (low cost segments, climate-specific)
  • Establish clear portfolios for each region with pillar priorities and sharp price cascading recommendations
  • Create awareness driving strategies, then work with key counterparts to develop plans
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of brand execution around the world – should be an accurate reflection of global brand image
  • Establish distribution guidelines for key regions and work with internal merchandising team to form a recommendation per format
  • Task force India – develop a plan to increase penetration, awareness and ensure we have adapted mixes
  • Partner closely with advertising agency to ensure adapted communication + spokesmodel needs
  • Make best practices transversal

Job Requirements:

  • 7+ years of related business experience
  • Ability to demonstrate the following:
    • Establish close partnerships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate to ensure alignment
    • Prioritize well and drive teams towards goals with efficiency and high productivity
    • Be a champion for change with CPD 3.0 – motivate people, identify issues and create action plans to resolve
  • PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite)

  • Prioritization & Organization Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills (written and oral)
