Responsible for local media strategy implementation and digital development of one of our Active Cosmetics Brands, distributed in the Pharmacies offline and online in Adria Balkan countries (BiH, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia & Slovenia) 
Responsible for the development, roll out and adoption of consistent agency planning process that drives efficient media spent and brand performance in media
Lead the brand 360° digital strategy across all touchpoints
Develop and manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
Ensure cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, and issue recommendations based on that
Challenge Agency on media (campaign) planning and execution (briefing to execution)
Daily sparring partner to marketing on digital media campaigns and support marketing/e-com in reaching digital media excellence (golden rules compliance)
Increase digital knowledge and develop the digital mindset in marketing and sales teams within the Division
Ensure an outlook among the local competitors & other industries: trends, intelligence, and experimentation
Optimize performance/e-com media in L'Oréal media plans together with the marketing/e-com teams

3+ years of media planning experience in media agency or client fully responsible for planning and running digital campaigns 
Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey clear messages in communication with various internal and external stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Responsibility, autonomy
Masters digital marketing tactics and puts focus on consumer centricity
Familiar with omni-media investment optimization and ROI 
Has high interest in digital technology and able to focus on delivery, design/build/run
Active and advanced use of MS Office
Fluent in English language
