THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT YOU
- Monitor procedures and working methods in the digital and marketing departments, ensuring compliance with L'Oréal Group standards
- Create and maintain policies: update existing procedures or create new ones under the guidance of global teams
- Support departments in understanding and complying with internal digital and marketing regulations: prepare supporting materials to facilitate understanding and implementation of standards, conduct informative sessions, and act as a consultant for internal teams
- Create a system for monitoring and reviewing company activities to ensure compliance with standards: for example, performing random checks and proposing solution plans
- Assist digital and marketing teams with the implementation of new tools and the adoption of existing ones: act as an expert on internal tools
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education in law or economics
- Demonstrates interest in digital marketing and the FMCG sector. Knowledge of digital advertising, social media platforms, influencer marketing, CRM, and 1P/2P data is an advantage
- Prior experience working with companies in the FMCG sector is a plus
- List of transferable skills supported by examples:
- Analytical thinking
- Good prioritization skills
- Organizational skills: manages unforeseen situations, prioritizes tasks, identifies means to increase productivity
- Good public speaking skills
- Social adaptability: e.g. international scholarships
