Mission

Ensure the order-to-cash cycle and develop the Supply Chain relationships with our customers to better meet their expectations (service, lead-time, stock in trade, projects etc.) while contributing to the performance of the entity.


Key responsibilities

  • Identify our customers needs or customers segments and define the related strategy & priorities. 
  • Define in accordance with the Business Unit and the Supply Chain Customer Care policy and priorities. 
  • Ensure the order to cash cycle in compliance with Order-to-cash, Finance and Supply Chain Standards of the Group (cut off, sales terms and conditions).
  • Implement the organisation, processes and resources needed for the Customer Care Strategy. 
  • Define and monitor the performance through dashboards (service to customers, cost to serve)
  • Ensure the execution of the credit policy defined with the Credit Manager and Finance.  
  • Develop the collaboration with our customers to improve customer satisfaction and end to-end performance (data exchanges, shared KPIs, flows optimization, cost follow-up, OSA, stock in trade, B to B portal etc.).
  • Ensure customers-related information are reliable and shared within the entity (Demand Planning, physical distribution, sales, controlling).
  • Hire, develop and manage the team while ensuring expertise and know-how sharing. Implement organizational changes.
  • Improve continuously the efficiency of the Order to Cash cycle, processes and information systems. Animate and train the community to the best practices and tools related to area of expertise.
  • Build and meet budgeted KPIs.


Skills (profile): 

  • Previous experience in customer care and logistics areas.
  • Strong in problem solving, analytical thinking, focus on strategy building & implementation, continues improvement. 
  • Team management & people development. 
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Outstanding communication & presentation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and one of Baltic languages Latvian, Lithuania or Estonia (depending of recruitment location) in written and oral. Russian language will be an asset.
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office software.
  • Preferred experience in “SAP” database system.

  • Salary range: 3200 - 3600 euros (Latvia), 3900 - 4400 euros (Lithuania), 2900 - 3400 euros (Estonia)
