You will
• Shape the future of the most beautiful brands in the world, by protecting the present.
• Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer for UK and Ireland and be responsible for the areas of Finance Project Management, Local Financial Accounting, Operating expenses, and Digital and Ecommerce strategy
• Manage and communicate budgets for Operating Expenses, CDMO and CMI to the division Finance Directors
• Business partner the leaders of CDMO, CMI and E-Commerce on cross-functional key group initiatives
• Business partner with the CMI lead in the country to identify opportunities and build business plans for local and worldwide group acquisitions
• Advise the General Management on Finance related issues to contribute to the sustainable development of the entity
• Collaborate with the Shared Service centre in Madrid as part of the Transformation project to move transactional tasks and Operating expenses management to a centralised hub
• Ensure respect of Group standards (Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Legal and Tax) in line with legislation and best practices of internal audit
• Supervise the reporting process for Group reporting on Actuals, Budget, and latest forecasts.
• Anticipate financial risks with competitors and suppliers by keeping up to date with the latest earnings reports
• Collaborate with the Divisional Finance Directors on simplification initiatives, sharing best practices and fostering a strong community across the Finance function
• Recruit, develop and manage a team of four direct reports. Ensuring the development of expertise and know-how and lead the organisation development

• Strong financial knowledge and experience in managing Finance teams
• Experience in leading a team through an organisational change
• Previous experience in project management preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and are driven by creating & implementing change and simplification
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large quantities of data
• Outstanding rigour and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and previous business partnering experience with cross-functional senior stakeholders are essential
• The candidate should be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)
• Experience within a consumer driven and fast paced environment
• Highly organised with prioritisation skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire
