Medical CMI Manager

Purpose of the role

In a context of a strong development of the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) Division and of the strengthening of its medical expertise & credential, we open a new position to reinforce the LDB Medical CMI pillar. LDB is currently undergoing a profound transformation, which calls for new manpower and new skills that allows us to identify, size and strategize new opportunities to ‘win through medical’, while continuing helping the division improve and stretch the limits of the current winning business model.

Major missions:

  • STRATEGY: Contribute to understanding, sizing, strategizing and developing the roadmap for LDB division to win with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) in the growing ANTI-AGE AND AESTHETICS opportunity
  • FORESIGHT: Co-lead the Prospective/Foresight work for LDB Division as pertains to the challenges and opportunities we will face in the years to come, relative to HCPs and pathologies.
  • DATA/DIGITAL: Be the Digital/Data champion within the CMI Medical team, partnering effectively with L’Oreal digital teams (CDO), Medical teams as well as external partners in order to make our business model and insights-driven frame “future-proof”
  • INNOVATION: Help prospect, evaluate and pilot new partner agencies and new and different capabilities to help us win in the Medical front. In doing so, develop insight assets that pass the test of time and become a competitive advantage for LDB.

Profile Requirements:

-          At least 10 years of professional experience

-          A multicultural profile is preferable (non-French or at least having worked abroad).

Hard skills:

-          Experience of (or at least affinity with) medical topics preferable

-          Experience in Beauty and/or Medical/Pharma industries is a ‘plus’

-          Strong mastery of Excel and PPT. Ability to produce presentations with strong visual impact and storytelling.

-          Strong analytical and synthetical/storytelling skills

-          Fluent English is a must. Fluent French is a ‘plus’ and preferable but not a must.
