Business Team Buyer - European Raw Material

Key Responsibilities :

Securitization & Responsiveness :

        Short term :

- Support plants

- RM planners support

 Follow up and optimisation of production transfer between L’Oreal plants, from L’Oreal plant to sub contractor.

        Mid term :

- Anticipate and securise launches, tik tok effects, 11.11 event

- Identify and securise Heroe products by metier & division

- Solidarity sourcing & sustainable sourcing : sizing of the needs in collaboration with divisions

Economic performance optimization and follow up:

        S80, trend, Budget : construction & explanation to divisions (DO & CFO)

        Costings asked by R&I and/or operational development teams, value analysis

        Financial commitments : explain and validate with divisions

        Marketing ingredients usage optimisation

        Category management on propellant category

        Supply optimisation with plants

Projects coordination:

        Transversal project contribution with category team, R&I, dev op team and plant. Spread the program between zones through zones business teams.

        Regulatory projects: contribution and follow up with stakeholders from R&I, operation and sourcing

        New technologies: contribution and follow up with stakeholders from R&I, operation and sourcing

        Greensciences: contribution and follow up with stakeholders from R&I, operation and sourcing

        Support division growth (ACD, LLD, PPD), internationalisation, localisation

        Hygiène/Ergonomy in plants

The candidate should:

·       Have a Master’s degree level

·       Have previous experience in Supply Chain/ Sourcing or Technical Development (projects coordination)

·       Be fluent in French and English

Competencies :

·       Manage complexity. Need to know how to simplify the different problems into main bullet points with associated action plan. Ability to synthesize & adapt the explanation depending of the stakeholders.

·       Be able to interact effectively with various stakeholders (Sourcing, S&OP, R&I, RM suppliers, teams from Divisions)

·       Have advanced communication skills and experience interacting with several stakeholders (able to lead meetings effectively)

·       Be able to lead change, with both internal and external stakeholders

·       Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and problem solving

·       Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Have strong adaptability skills
