SKINCEUTICALS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MIDCENTRAL

The Business Development Manager is a field-based position focused on SkinCeuticals flagship program growth initiatives for the brand. 

This role reports to the Sr. Director of Business Development and works cross functionally with field sales, marketing, education, PR, digital, and medical affairs teams.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong business relationships with physicians, practice managers, and aesthetic team within current SkinCeuticals flagship partners in an effort to develop and grow SkinCeuticals business interests within the location.
  • Analyze current business and patient journey in current flagship partners in an effort to develop a customized business plan and strategic plan of action for the partner to implement and grow their SkinCeuticals retail business.
  • Develop and implement effective 360 marketing strategies to ensure strong sellout and assigned growth goals are achieved with each flagship partner.
  • Work with SkinCeuticals Flagship Support team (marketing, logistics, digital and medical affairs) to arrange all aspects of launch and training for assigned flagship partners.
  • Work closely with local Account Executive, Regional Sales Manager, and AVP of Sales to ensure field alignment with flagship business plan
  • Work on additional strategic partnerships that will lead to exponential brand growth and provide accelerated level of exposure

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practice management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in aesthetic medical sales, practice management, or business development in cosmetic dermatology or plastic surgery practices
  • Understand marketing strategies and programs.  Marketing experience is a plus
  • Understanding of retail programs and strategies
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and organizational skills
  • New thinking approach to identifying opportunities
  • Must effectively monitor, analyze, interpret and communicate business information
  • Strong understanding of the aesthetic marketplace including device and competitive brands
  • Ability to establish strong professional relationships with physicians and practice staff
  • Proficient computer skills necessary – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must have the ability to travel up to 70% of working hours

The ideal candidate would reside in the Midsouth region  (Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana.)
