A Day in the Life
As Brand Manager - GCC - Youth to the People, reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be leading the brand's strategy and execution in the GCC market, collaborating closely with diverse teams including business development, offline brand managers, and advocacy. You will orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillars using product, market and consumer expertise, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship. You are accountable for driving and implementing the 360 strategy on your products and enthusing the business about them. You will focus on sell out performance to grow market share and develop the category. You will drive the launch process and leverage consumer insights to ensure local relevancy. You are the guardian of the brands equity. As a “Brand lead” you actively support the Marketing Manager on brand coordination, transversal subjects and help coach the other product brand managers.

- Strategy & Innovation: Develop and implement the brand's marketing strategy in the GCC region, ensuring alignment with the global brand vision. Lead innovation projects, identifying new product opportunities and bringing them to market.
- Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Brand Building & Communication: Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a strong brand presence in the market.
- Performance Management & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the overall Brand FPP follow up and consolidation in close collaboration with Marketing manager
- In charge of the marketing calendar / launches plans x key retailers online + offline
- Fully in charge for online PDP excellence across all online platforms
- Responsible to ensure Operational excellence for all POS ( Plano implementation , registration , visuals, etc.…)
- Drive pricing , sales forecasts and business planning for the brands
- Help prepare and coordinate Retailer and Distributor presentations
- Fully in charge for the media budget + media briefs with Agency

YOU HAVE
- 3 to 4 years of experience in retail and digital transformation
- Delivered brand and category growth for premium and luxury brands – in dynamic market conditions
- Worked regionally in Marketing related roles
- Worked in developing and developed markets and in modern and traditional retail environments
