Purpose of the Role

Looking for a business and data driven big data AM professional who will plan, implement and execute the media strategy. Develop strong and innovative media strategies, to drive traffic to tmall and generate interest in company products and services. Help creating engaging graphic, video and copy content while staying up-to-date on tmall, douyin and kuaishou.

 Roles & Responsibilities

Work as the single point resource for all EC activities related to media and maximizing the ROI .

  • Coordinate with Internal teams to develop media strategy in short term and long term ROI
  • Will be responsible for media budget allocation within Tmall EC Media and outsite Media
  • Liaise with various agencies and internal teams for maximizing media performance

·         Media data analysis and recommendation

·         Track and evaluate KPIs of performance channels (ZTC, ZZ, SR , Douyin RTB, Kuaishou, UD) and determine necessary adjustments to optimize overall media effectiveness in line with budgeted

·         Clear mindset on market intelligence.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, EC, Advertising or related field (or equivalent commercial experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or MEDIA
  • Detailed understanding/knowledge of Paid media (required)
  • Ability to effectively manage a 3rd party external agencies.
  • Strong communication skills: written & oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships
  • Have strong interests in make up market.
