Upskilling Strategy & Framework
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of data, analytics & tech upskilling strategy to support organization data transformation objectives, including upskilling roadmap, user journey design, course framework, marketing & promotion plan.
• Identify data & analytics related upskilling needs; recommend and implement solutions, and evaluate and measure effectiveness, ensuring strategic alignment of training and development with business goals.
• Influence key stakeholders and gain trust & support from relevant team & colleagues to implement the learning program
• Generating L&D reports for various stakeholders: attendance, feedback, adoption, utilization, completion, compliance, satisfaction, various other KPIs defined within L&D or by the business

Upskilling Development
• Own course development component, act as the project manager to control the timeline, assign R&I, manage resources.
• Co-develop highly customized training content & flow with vendors, internal data product owner and business team to create practical training course & benefit to users’ daily work.
• Collaborate with HR Learning team, data product owner, data steward and external training vendors to embrace and implement various types of training.
• Lead training RFP and manage vendor resources with ability to clearly communicate business needs and acknowledge vendor with organization & team background, strategy, and service requirement
• Work with HR Learning team to develop marketing & promotion plan to engage and attract key users
• Maintain upskilling CRM database to identify key users and status to create customized training experience & development plan for individuals
• Establish and maintain individual and organizational performance evaluation methods for training content, delivery, activities, engagement and outcomes. 
Utilize metrics to validate knowledge transfer and return on investment.

Upskilling Activation
• Pre-event and post-event administration and support, including user identification, invitations, managing training delivery resources (trainer, room, materials), collecting feedback and etc.
• Cost tracking, invoice management, keeping a financial audit trail and reporting on financial metrics (like budget consumption, for example)
• Assisting with marketing and publicity of courses or events (internal and external)
