A Day in the Life
You will lead the Order-Preparation function at our Trafford Park Distribution Centre, owning D2B picking and D2C pick & pack operations and partnering with DC leadership to deliver on service, cost and safety targets.
Safety & Compliance: Champion an interdependent safety culture and drive adoption of the L’Oréal EHS tool to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
Operations Ownership: Set direction for order-preparation operations, manage resource allocation, labour budget and performance reporting to meet DC objectives.
People & Development: Coach and mentor your team, run regular feedback and succession planning, and foster a collaborative, motivated environment.
Continuous Improvement & Strategy: Analyse performance, implement efficiency initiatives, share best practice across DC network, pilot new technologies and develop long-term, scalable plans.
