New Luxury Couture Brand - Deputy Manager Flagship London (37.5 hours/ 5 days per week)

 

This year we will be launching a Couture Fashion brands first makeup collection, to sit alongside the already established fragrance lines. The collection will combine the foundations of a luxurious and iconic brand built on superior product quality and customer experience, with the colourful & cool sense of creativity, individuality and freedom to explore and express oneself that the brand embodies. 


As a Deputy Manager you’re passionate about our luxury products, creative in your techniques applying them and love continuing this brand journey online with your beautiful digital content, driving awareness and engagement in and out of store.


While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise, someone who is truly excited to be introducing customers, clients and VIP’s to our brands Beauty range 


You’re passionate about exceptional service and luxury beauty which you use to inspire and educate our clients daily on counter. Being a true brand ambassador, you’re confident in presenting and sharing your make-up and product knowledge with customers, creating their desired looks. You’re approachable, friendly and thrive working in a team to create a positive working environment with your colleagues and for your clients on counter.  


You’ll have the opportunity to attend Brand Beauty training and education as well as benefit from L’Oréal learning opportunities so you can development yourself within your role, opening up career paths such as becoming a Senior Artist, National MUA and even a Business or Area Manager in the future. 


Mission: To support the Manager in leading and drive the Store  Beauty Team to showcase the brand and achieve flagship/store business objectives.  

  

 

To be successful you have… 

  • Ability to work flexibility during retail hours, which is likely to include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent business acumen including sales analysis, inventory management and business operation 
  • Proven success achieving sales targets while supporting a team to achieve and exceed their targets 
  • Experience delivering on counter events as well as the initiative to create events to drive your business in the community and store 
  • Identify business strengths at store level and use initiative to coordinate with retail and training team for actions to maximise selling opportunities  
  • Experience supporting a manager lead a team and meet business needs, targets and objectives while achieving your own
  • Where appropriate assisting the manager with team members appraisals and probation reviews  
  • Demonstrate an expert level of make-up artistry level, as part of the interview you will have a Artistry skills test
  • Demonstrate an understanding of catwalk conversion trends 
  • Champion the authentic brand values through your own personal identity  
  • Consistently creating exceptional customer service and a memorable customer experience 
  • Have a desire to learn fundamental product knowledge, Brand Techniques and to show and demonstrate out of the box / creative thinking for using products in multiple ways 
  • Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of strong product knowledge and Pro make up tip 
  • To implement customer acquisition strategies for acquiring new Beauty customers
  • Be proactive in booking appointments and maximizing every consultation 
  • Convey passion and master story telling
