Responsibilities and main missions:
The CIO Quality and methodology Manager will be accountable of quality and methods referential for IT Finance & Operations department. Based on existing procedures of the department and new methods defined by Group CIO Office, he will propose adjustments and evolutions of the referential.
Position requires strong background on Quality Center solution and Service Now. Close working relationships with Group/Zone IT teams, business partners, external partners and IT Finance & Operations teams are needed.
