What You Will Do:

The Assistant Manager of Influencer Marketing will be tasked with supporting our divisional and brand-specific creator content strategies across the always evolving ecosystem.  This individual will be hands on keyboard to help bring our vision and strategy to life across the full portfolio of L’Oréal Luxe brands. 

Job Duties and Accountabilities

  • Hands-on-keyboard facilitation of weekly creator briefs for all division influencer programs(s) including but not limited to creator selection, trend-identification & product recommendation
  • Partner with brand engagement teams to ensure creator briefs are approved for execution
  • Always-on influencer campaign support - including but not limited to product education and guidelines, values match compliance and legal clearance
  • Monitor and track divisional participation of social trends to drive strong creative/content
  • Hands-on-keyboard reporting of top creator content (by brand) for real-time optimization 
  • Product management for division-led programs (i.e., inventory, fulfillments, shipments etc.)
  • Partnership with cross-functional teams to stay up to date on all brand/product priorities 
  • Grow influencer/creator network and maintain platform database with accurate records
  • Support brand engagement communities across luxe to ensure creator and content learnings and best practices are being shared and leveraged
  • Support divisional reporting and analysis of performance via Traackr – monthly
  • Partner with search/insights & leCare to share content best practices, insights, and learnings
  • Conduct social competitive and benchmark analysis

This individual is excited to dig into the data and identify learnings and insights that will help the greater division develop new creative content strategies, formats and ways of reaching audiences.

This individual has strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, often-changing environment. This individual is also a proactive problem-solver, with the ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas.

 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • College Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media
  • Passion for beauty, trends, social media, and storytelling
  • Luxury and/or beauty experience is a must
  • A natural relationship builder with the ability to work well with a network
  • Experience in community building and influencer campaign/community management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Must demonstrate flawless attention to details, be a team player, multi-tasker, creative thinker
  • Proven writing skills (technical and creative)
  • Strong analytic skills in assessing ROI for impact of efforts
